1. Who Can Use StackleVest

StackleVest is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are residents of Nigeria. By using our app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@stacklevest.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. StackleVest is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Free and Pro Plans

StackleVest offers a free tier with access to core features, and a Pro plan with advanced features. The features available on each plan may change over time. We will notify you of any changes to paid plan pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Rewards and Prizes

XP points and challenge rewards are earned through participation in quizzes and daily challenges. Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• StackleVest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward at any time.
• Fraudulent activity to earn points will result in immediate account termination.

5. Bank Account Linking

By linking your bank account, you authorise StackleVest to retrieve your transaction data in read-only mode for the purposes of expense tracking and financial insights. You can unlink your account at any time from your settings. We do not store your banking credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StackleVest for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the app.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on StackleVest including the brand name, logo, design, quizzes, and educational content is the intellectual property of StackleVest. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

StackleVest provides financial education and expense tracking tools for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or investment platform. Nothing on StackleVest should be considered professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making major financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, StackleVest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@stacklevest.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of StackleVest after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
